Zeevelo matches your resume to open roles, tailors every application to the job description, and applies at scale — you decide what sends automatically and what waits for your click.
25 free applications · no credit card · receipt for every send
How it works
Upload your resume once. Zeevelo parses it into a structured profile and scans thousands of live postings across Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and more — surfacing the roles you actually fit.
For each match, Zeevelo rewrites your resume and drafts a cover letter around the posting's exact keywords and requirements. A side-by-side diff shows every change before it's used.
Set your rules: applications above your score threshold submit automatically; everything else queues for one-click batch approval. Every send generates an audit receipt.
The ATS score
Before a human sees your application, an Applicant Tracking System scores it. Zeevelo runs the same math first — scoring your resume against each job description from 0 to 100, and showing exactly what to fix.
Hard skills, tools, and certifications from the posting, weighted by how often and where they appear.
Title similarity, seniority, and years of experience against the requirements.
Direct overlap between your structured skills and the must-have list.
Formatting an ATS can actually read — no tables, graphics, or columns that scramble your history.

FAQ
Only if you tell it to. By default, every application waits in your queue for approval. If you switch on auto-apply, you set the ATS-score and profile-completeness thresholds — anything above the bar submits automatically, anything below waits for your one-click batch approval. You can turn it off anytime.
Every application — automatic or manual — generates a receipt: the exact resume and cover letter versions sent, the answers given, the timestamp, and the ATS confirmation ID. Your full history is auditable in the Receipts tab.

No. Tailoring reorders, rephrases, and emphasizes what's already in your profile to match the posting's language — it never invents experience. The diff view shows every change so you stay in control of your own story.
Your profile is used only to match and apply to jobs on your behalf. We don't sell your data or share it with recruiters without an application you initiated.
It's a 0–100 estimate of how well your resume matches a specific job description: keyword coverage (40%), role and experience alignment (25%), skills match (20%), and formatting parse-ability (15%). A higher score means a better chance of passing automated screening.
